Redwoods
On the northern coast of California is a realm of giants that dwarf the average human.
Picture 1: Good Morning Gentle Shire
Okay, so Alex is a bit thin and tall to be a hobbit, and yes it is the inside of a tree and not the inside of a hill, but still it just looks like something you’d see in a Lord of the Rings movie during a Shire scene, if Lord of the Rings were going to go natural that is. This was taken in the northern one of the two Redwood National Parks on a road trip taken by founders Alex and Abe.
Picture 2: Becky, Look at that Tree! That is a Long Tree
Nothing like the Redwood National Park to just put a person on his ass by its sheer grandeur. If founder Alex continues to follow the tree upward he might just topple over. Taken during the road trip through California with fellow founder Abe.
Picture 3: The Elusive Redwoods Yeti is Seen Entering His Lair
Honestly, if there is any forest that could house some giant hairy bipedal thing, then it would be the redwood forest in northern California. The trees are huge, and the brush is thick. Imagine crawling through that naked, which is exactly what founder Abe did.
Picture 4: Adam Studies the New and Strange Vegetation of Paradise
When stumbling upon this secluded section of what is referred to both as fern gully and fern valley in Redwoods National Park, it struck founders Alex and Abe that it looked like scenery straight out of the biblical conception of the paradise God created for Adam and Eve. Abe had to get a picture that matched the idea. Taken during a California road trip with founder Alex.
